List of Webinars on Meaningful Use

Today, I thought it would be interesting to list the meaningful use webinars that I know of and to invite my readers to tell me about other meaningful use webinars that they know about. Just reply in the comments of this post or on the EMR and HIPAA contact us page and I’ll update this post with all the webinars we can find. Note to Readers: Just be aware that most of the EMR vendor presentations on meaningful use are also a “sales presentation” for that EHR software. Just be prepared to be sold if you attend the EHR company webinars. However, in many cases they can also be great sources of information, because they’ve spent a lot of time in Washington watching the meaningful use process. So, you have to take the good with the bad. I’ve taken a few minutes to list the ones I knew about and could find quickly. I’ll add more as I hear about them: Pulse EHR Meaningful Use Webinars – 45-minute webinar summarizing the recently released Meaningful Use requirements from EHR company: Pulse EHR NextGen EHR Meaningful Use Final Rule Webinar – 60 minute webinar with Charlie Jarvis by EHR company: NextGen Allscripts EHR Meaningful Use In-Depth Webcasts – Webcast by EHR Company: Allscripts. Also will send you a recorded version if you don’t want to attend live. Greenway EHR Meaningful Use Web Events 60 minute webinars from Primesuite EHR Vendor: Greenway HIMSS Meaningful Use Webinar Series – Free for HIMSS members. $79 for non-members.
